AppCentrica has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work.
Great Place to Work has been recognizing exceptional workplaces for over 25 years. The certification process involves an extensive survey to measure trust between staff and management, as well as employee engagement. The process also reviews programs, practices, and philosophies around developing a great work environment.
Recipients demonstrate trust between management and staff, that employees have pride in what they do, and finally, that they genuinely enjoy working together (although we didn’t need a survey to tell us that last one).
Great Place to Work also cites clear organizational objectives from management, cultivating an atmosphere where employees can give their best, and effective teamwork as deciding factors for the certification.
